See I think cbt would work great for psychosis bc it is about thought. But I did cognitive processing therapy which is supposed to really work for trauma but I felt like I was just lying. My therapist was like just believe this is true when it wasn't! It didn't work and I tried my hardest. I just don't think cbt works for deep traumas. My thoughts aren't wrong, what happened was wrong!
