I suffer from depression. What can I do to help elevate my mood when I'm feeling low? I go from crying, to angry, to wanting to break everything around me, then back to crying. I'm in desperate need of help. I've suffered from this for a long time. I was doing so well about a month ago and I really thought I "overcame" depression but I can't get rid of it. I'm really going to snap one day. I want to be happy. I can't imagine living a life of sadness.
