My T had me take this a while ago, just to get a better idea of the types of dissociation I experience, and how often it occurs. I tend to score very high on the test - in the range of patients with DID, but do not have DID. I just dissociate very easily, and it's my default response to stress, so it happens often. My T didn't really do anything with it, except use it for more information. On more robust personality and symptom tests, I tend to score lower on the dissociative scales, usually in the sub-clinical ranges.

I've also found that I score differently on this test based on my current mind set. If I'm struggling more with dissociation, then I tend to mark things more severe, but on a day when I'm not struggling as much, I mark things less severe. My results have ranged from 20 to 50 at various times. Took it tonight - struggling with emotions and dissociation - and got a score of 50.
