I think it would vary for me as well. I haven't had as many dissociative symptoms recently, but there are times I dissociate many times during a day or a week. And that makes it hard to determine what answers would be accurate for me. I just sort of guessed on what am average amount of dissociation is for me at any given time and went with that.
