I share my posts here sometimes. I also write to my t daily. Sometimes books, sometimes paragraphs. The first year I was with her I had wrote well over 100 pages. She read every single one. For me its easier to write daily about the week than remembering the week. I now hand write notes because my handwriting says a lot about how I'm doing. She knows every little messed up thought in my head, yes everyone.

I use to tell her i don't like my mood charts because they made me look more ****ed up than I really am and I don't like her in my head. Eventually I came to the conclusion no I really am that ****ed up and that's okay. Eventually I was able to talk about the things I originally thought I'd be 'locked up' for out loud. Honestly if l had just originally said it early on she probably would have but through writing about it she learned I had always been like this and I've managed to somehow come back from those dark places. No matter how you get the information to your therapist he needs to know everything to help you.
