Medication could be the cause depending on how long you've been on it. Although it could be an episode because I gt like that all the damn time, meds or no. I don know if you have time for this or a chance to do it but what helps me is taking some quiet time. I go into my bedroom or another quiet room and just sit for awhile. Length of time varies depending on how long I have and how pissed off or agitated I am. At my worst it has taken an hour of sitting in total silence. I could only do that bc my husband had to go to a meeting and my son was in bed. Usually I get about ten or fifteen minutes. But it helps to just cut off all stimulation and just breathe.
