Do you have a hobby? When I am manic I do a lot of crafty things. Friendship bracelets and things like that. Otherwise I clean.
I'm kind of in the same boat. I'm supposed to be in partial today but my husband had to go to the dentist so I have to be home with our son and I'm caught in a weird no-man's land between depression and hypo so I have no motivation but I'm restless.
Anyway. Try a new hobby if you can concentrate enough.
