I have never been to a therapist so I don't know how well that works for you all. And I've never been one to take medication for depression or anything for that matter. I guess what I'm asking is, is there anything you do to help ward it off without medication or a professional? Obviously it's not going away completely but something that helps you may help others. Any suggestions big or small could mean a world of difference for someone, myself included.
