This is a great site and In many ways I'm glad I came across it. It's supportive and validating and a great place to get things out in the open.
However, I have noticed that it can effect my mood. A lot of different issues are brought up and some of them can really stir up negative emotions in me. I was also finding that I was starting to get a little addicted by checking the site many times throughout the day.
My T is thinking I need to back off but I'm finding it difficult because there are a lot of positive aspects to being on this site. I get some good information and some of the posts really help me.
I need to find a healthy balance and I don't know how to go about it.
Anybody have any suggestions?
