i have the same problem, i get so bad i cant swallow... been to the ER a few times because of the discomfort, released with them just telling me i was in a anxiety/panic state
i was certain each time my heart was giving up on me
i find that benzos dont relieve it either.. i've never been givin any advice on what to do about it besides breathing exercises to try and release tension
