Maybe you can cut back your frequency of sessions. I had a T many years back where I just wasn't that into it. I liked her but didn't feel like I was getting anything out of the sessions and didn't usually have much to say that I found interesting. It was also a pain to get to and it cut into my social schedule which I didn't like. I kept cancelling and rescheduling until I just never went back. It didn't phase me in the least.

So maybe if you aren't feeling any benefit from your therapy, cut down and see if anything changes for you. Unless there are some real functioning issues going on and you need treatment to get manage your life, I don't think it's that big of a deal.
