Oh yeah, like Fuzzy said a LOT of us can relate. Including me.
Now I could say "don't give up" and leave it at that, but since that's not really helpful ... keeping talking here. Find someone IRL you can talk to. Write a LOT. Just get as much of the stuff out on paper. Then do whatever you want with the paper. Take it a bit at a time, don't force yourself to just automatically "be happy" (like that would work anyways...) but try to find some way to treat yourself, do something you enjoy.
Take care of yourself and keep talking, a lot of us understand.
