I work in a hospital five days a week - 7am to 4pm (sometimes to 6pm)... A bit of a stressful job but I love it, worked really hard to get to where I am.

Employer doesn't know anything. When I have days that I can't get out of bed I blame my migraines, they know about them - and at least that is a physical pain that they can see if that makes sense.
