I have pain that seems to be from the cervix on and off too and I got the mirena put in 2 and half years ago. I don't know what to do either but just live with it. I got the Mirena so I would have my period be stopped, cause it kept going on for months. It took a good 3 months after insertion for the period to completely stop and after that I got no period at all. But some days I do have the pain and it is a sharp pain too. I am thinking about seeing my gyno, and if I do, I'll let you know what he says.
