Yep that's me. I have lost another friend, or so it seems. I spoke up and tried to be assertive, didn't work. ended a 17 yr friendship that has had it's up and downs from beginning.
I hate me so much
don't want to wake up
feelings suck
want them all go back safe inside
never shoulda said anything just keep mouth shut and be good.

so disappointed in me
need to be punished
