I think this is a very individual thing. It depends on what medications you're taking & how much, how old you are, your stress level, how much sleep you get & the quality of sleep, the amount of exercise you get, your hormone levels, diet, etc. This is why you need to review this with your doctors. I would suggest you talk with both your pdoc & your GP. Possibly consider having your testosterone level checked. (If you can watch videos on YouTube, check out a channel called: "BignoKnow".
