delusions of grandeur aren't a part of BPII, basically that is believing something that is impossible of a grandiose nature. Some are milder such as thinking that they are somehow chosen by a higher power all the way up to someone thinking they are the King of England or some other such implausible idea. Acting very arrogant is not a delusion of grandeur unless he acts arrogant because of a implausible belief
