Does d pelvic pain occurs in cyclical pattern, does d pain colicky (come n go but last for 20min) or just persistently pain for 20min?? Coz endometrio is estrogen dependent, started usually hours or days before every menstrual period and is non-colicky. Btw, cyst and fibroid can be diagnosed clinically by bimanual palpation and further confirmed by u/s. Anyway, better go for a gynecological check-up. Prevention better than cure get benefit from early treatment if anything does happen but nothing is better. Don't worry, since u r at early 20s, even if diagnosed with endo, they'll start u on medical unless they'r so sure that u hv endo that is life threatening or medical is ineffective or u ask for surgical only then they'll proceed with surgical.
