You will need to speak directly with your medical insurance company to see if you would have coverage in the State where you are moving.
If it is in another region of the country, likely no coverage.
If it is a neighboring state, better possibility of some coverage.
You more likely will need to get new insurance in the state where you will be living. You won't have to wait until the Enrollment Period.
I've been through this in this year. Most medical coverage insurance is issued in the state we live. Exception of course, being a dependent student attending school out of state.
Do as much ahead of time as you can, before you relocate.
*** Be sure you have enough meds, e.g. 90 days to be sure you do not run out while you are getting established with new coverage, new doctors, new pharmacy, etc. ***.
