sorry to hear that you are struggling with this.... I know that when you are feeling good - running can be a huge positive. The freedom, the fresh air, the positive vibes. It is a great sport.

The only thing that I could think of that may help you is - 'the journey of a 1,000 miles starts with a single step'. IE you do not have to run to be successful. Do whatever works for you!
