It could be because of not sleeping and not being able to relax. I had to go to a doctor today because I kept shaking and he gave me pills to take so I can sleep. I'm scared to take them tho, I do not like meds, but I suppose I will have to, or probably my brother will force feed it to me, cause he was the one who took me to the doctor. The doctor said I need to relax and rest but it's not so easy.
