The thing is to find another, healthy,outlet for your emotions. Is there a hobby you might enjoy?
Going forawalk is very good when things start getting to you. It helps me. I have major depression, so I understand the emotion bit. (my boyfriend is also schizoaffective, and I help him cope with it).
Finding things to distract yourself from eating is the key.Talk to your therapist about it.
