insurance... yeah, they have a 24-hour line, but that's for the main (big) company - my agents (smaller local folks) have said that i could call them about stuff before calling the big company for help/advice/etc...

ok... 8.5 minutes now (for the # listed for non-emergancy police)... i think they're not open...
