Ive done it a few times. I was awesome!!! I had a hard tine getting my Knees to coordinate with me with I needed to get up. LOL
How did I do it. Ummmm luck!? I was told doing planks are suppose to be good. I do some when I work out. Ben Wa Balls help strengthens the pelvic muscles. Have you tried those?
