Maybe it might help to see a nutritionist to see what you do feel like you can eat without getting sick. My previous experience with restricting has taught me a lot about my body. The longer I went without food the more sick I felt when I actually did eat.
There are some anti depressants that work to increase your appetite as well. Do you think you can do vitamin water or a Boost to see if you can get some calories and nutrients into you?
