I recently got jealous when my pdoc mentioned having a discussion with a friend about an idea that he's discussed with me. I thought, hey - I'm the only one he's supposed to be having discussions with - and this was a friend of his and not even another client. I, of course, am his favorite client and one day he'll invite me to be a part of the new wonderful clinic he's dreaming up. And of course, he only asks me for my opinion and none of his other patients, right?
