Does anyone have any tips to increase your productivity during depression? I have depression that renders me lifeless and the only thing I want to do is lay in bed for hours at a time. I am a college student taking summer classes and I've gotten nearly kicked out of my classes and am doing terribly in others. I know I need to force myself to keep making progress, even if at a snails pace, but I find it so difficulty to take school and/or life work seriously when I'm so sad all the time. Thoughts??!!
