Hi there. Yes, I have to agree, I often want to eat eat eat when I've been upset or whatever. I eat when I'm depressed and I eat when I'm happy, so no change there and I'm ALWAYS on a very restrictive diet. Distracting is the only way to stop pit, though sometimes even that doesn't work.
