Yes, I used a sugar binge to get me thru this first holiday without that yearly "family" dinner without the ex and my son.
I guess we do what we need to do to survive... at least that is what I have told myself... what a "train wreck" this weekend was...

I vow - Monday, I go thru sugar withdrawal and continue on...
