Hi sweetie. It's possible you could have body dysmorphic disorder which is when we look at ourselves and we look more overweight than we actually are. Or we have "problem areas" which aren't really a problem (like you said you think your stomach is big but everyone else says it's flat). Millions of women have this disorder (and is it any wonder with what the media feeds us?). Mention it to your therapist and see what they have to say. BDD can sometimes lead to anorexia so there's a very real worry there. Let us know how it goes.
