I agree with pawn78. Even if it's just "the ups and downs of adolescence" it sounds like you would benefit from seeing a therapist at the very least.

Was your therapist friend able to talk to your parents? What about a teacher? Your general practitioner?

If none of that helps, I found an Australian website dedicated to helping young people in trouble. They have a chat number. Perhaps they might have suggestions as to where you can find help. It's called Reachout. This is their Emergency Help page.
