To Forever Hopeful, I like that name. I have only been on the bupropion for about 2 or 3 weeks now. It does seem to ease the depression. It also seems to make me think more clearly. I am also on buspirone 10mg twice a day. My hat is off to you, managing without meds. Bupropion seems to be helpful, but it has side effects I think I can live with. One side effect is I have trouble going to sleep at night so now I just stay up later and get a few things done. Of course I wake up tired the next morning. I am more energetic so I like that. I wonder if the feeling of extra anger came from being on bupropion. Of course I am not going to go off the handle and hurt anyone. It's like anger replaced what would have been a crying spell. Don't know if that helps. I think all these meds have some side effects. I was on citalopram before. It didn't have many side effects but it didn't help either.
