I had mine out at 18. My top ones were so impacted they had to take a little bit of my jawbone with them. To be honest I didn't feel a thing they had me so numbed up. When he got to my bottom ones I felt a little twinge and made a noise. He gave me another shot and that was it. Lucky for me Vicodin makes me sleep and that was what they gave me for pain at home. I'd wake up, take 2 10mg Vicodins, drink some water, go pee, go back to sleep for like 16 hours repeat. By the time the I ran out of Vicodin I'd slept for 5 days and my gums didn't hurt a bit. I woke up ravenous and my mom and I went out and had fried chicken. I had no problems whatsoever. Good luck to you
