Hi, Little Jay. When my mom started going through chronic pain, I started to do little things for her. You know the normal stuff that has to get done: putting dishes away, vaccuming, and when I was home one the weekends she would have me wash her sheets and remake the bed. It seems that was real hard for her with the king sized bed. Yes, I'm sorry to say her pain did get worse and as is it did she would let me help by going to the store for her and putting up her groceries. She had a cleaning lady come by once a week and do the cleaning. So I just did the little things and wait on her when she would let me.
Sorry about your mom. It's hard to watch loved ones suffer. I hope something I said helped give you some ideas.
