I am sorry about your aunt. Congratulations on the little one, though.

I suggest you go ahead and call your doc's office and make an appointment. Talk to him/her about your dreams and other struggles, and tell him/her the meds are not working so well. There are plenty other meds and/or see about talking to a therapist.
