I don't know if this has been posted before but I thought that all of us making a list of coping mechanisms might benefit some people... and well... me. I really need some new coping mechanisms honestly. My normal ones are sometimes a little too hard to do with how I've been feeling these past few months. So what do you all do when in crisis? I'll start by listing some of the things that I do:

-Walking around at night when no one is out
-watching a TV show
-google searching
-play a game
-doing something computer related
-If I can get myself up to a good enough level to write then that can help as well. But most of the time I'm too depressed to do something like that... Just makes it hard to think.

As I said, I need some new ideas lol.
