Hi, anrevival. How long have you been in the program? It can be hard being part of a program when you haven't for awhile or switching programs? Learning "how" to be part of a program can be quite stressful in itself. I too a year-long course from another country and at first it was all very different from what I was use to and I felt like I was not doing well until I reoriented myself and remembered what I wanted and how I was doing fine for my own purposes (rather than for the "system" and what "they" wanted).
