I had blurred vision from lamictal which turned out not to be temporary. I was only on 100mg though, and I was put on that VERY fast (within two days). Hard to say if the fast titration caused the problem. But I discontinued it after a month anyway.
I would give it time to see if the blurry vision goes away. Don't know about the dizziness though.
