thanks for the food diet tips!!! I am just starting to learn how to keep it under control...my doctor told me to stay away from coke too but im so addicated to it..i dont know how to...i went for a week without it but it was too hard....meh...my ibs acts up just mentioning it!!!! Does that happen to you guys?
