im in the all phase too..i ate so much today i cant even think straight i think i gained 20 lbs in one night...but other times i eat once a day..and that portion is small like a slice of pizza...or something small.....meh.........i hate IBS....we should have an IBS hate forum..lol hehe...........................................................
