I think unfortunately the list here really is dependent on the DSM.
I think the reason the drop down box has the mental disorders it has in it is because this website is based in America so the options in the drop down box are the american recognized mental disorders.

thats not saying you cant let people know what your mental disorders are on your profile if its not in the drop down part of the profile......

there is the option of ....other.... and there is a place in the profile where you can write anything you want called.... biography....

in the profile.there is the ......status line...... part of your profile, where many people write what their mental disorders are.

some people use the signature line for writing what their mental disorders are, their meds and anything else they like for that line.

some people use the .......location line....... part of the profile to list their mental disorders or anything they want others to know about their self.
