I am the same way...I eat when I'm sad, happy, and angry. I just finished a degree program and have gained so much weight. Between the stress of college, depression, PMDD, and med changes, I have gained weight. I know I need to make changes, but I'm either on the wagon or totally off. There is no in between for me.
