Hey - I'm sorry you're going through this difficult time. I'm not sure I have anything truly wonderful to offer here other than a cyber hug as I'm going through a similar issue with my other half.

It's incredibly difficult to separate the two and we've discussed spending some time apart so I have the space I need. Thing is, for me, I just want to run. And not stop. I'm not sure what from/to but space is absolutely needed for me, to look after self and understand my own needs before I can communicate that into if the relationship is the cause or the savior.
