I was on 1800mg of it and it worked wonderfully, until I got Lithium Toxicity and ended up in the ICU for a week on dialysis and having a seizure. I don't even remember being in the hospital, the week before that I could barely walk, was constantly shaking, throwing up, Horrible experience. Will never go on it again. I think it can work great for some people but I was on too much for my body and it built up toxic levels over time.
