For me, it's probably "Have you tried not listening to the voices?" Well duh, but that's not how schizophrenia works. Thanks for the helpful tip.
they say: "that i must ignore the voices and its not real" like duh and they also help me and then when an argument arise they throw my sickness in my face and that's hurtful to me
