If the thought of losing your disability income through a medical review worries you, the only thing you can do is see a psychiatrist on a regular basis. If you can't afford a psychiatrist, I believe every county in the U.S. has some agency that will provide access to a psychiatrist on a low cost or no cost basis, and there are various ways to help with the meds. If you are functioning well without psychiatric medications, to the SSA that will certainly look like you've recovered and should have your disability income ended. If may not be the truth of things, but that is who the SSA is likely to view your scenario, in my opinion.
