Hey y'all. [emoji4] Thanks for all the lovely comments. Today was totally better because I went to work and was busy enough to stay in the present. Also I had the anxiety med that my T prescribed last week. I am only taking half and as needed, which means really needed for me. I also had a couple nice and honest chats with a couple friends.
