Since I have a lot of mood swings I never know just how things are going to be at the end of the day.

But the crying spells are different. They don't happen that often but I know when one is about to hit. It doesn't seem to matter if I have some feel good moments beforehand. I guess the crying has to works its way out.

Anyway, I dread it because a lot of emotional pain comes with a crying spell.

Does anyone else have crying spells that are predictable?

BTW, it doesn't have to do with PMS in my case but it may be some other kind of cyclical thing.
