Also I found "ashamed" on the mood chart which is accurate. I'm a father and I'm supposed to be able to take care of my kids but cant. I'm supposed to have a job and I dont. As a male I feel as though I'm just supposed to be strong and carry the weight but I can't anymore. I don't know if this rant makes any sense maybe it does. I just don't know.
