I have a handy little "purse-size" calendar that I use daily(in my purse )-- it's saved me many times!..... though a few times appointments were unknowingly made -- so those didn't get jotted down-- ....then I get so frustrated and embarrassed not knowing about them......

try not to be hard on yourself-- you are doing as good as you can.
